OUR STORY
The Mississippi Home Care Providers Association (MSHCPA) was created by a group of home care providers to confront the issues that we face in our industry. As regulatory requirements continue to mount, there are many struggles that providers face. Some of the new changes have even resulted in home care providers operating at a loss. If we continue down this path, many providers won’t be operable in the new decade, and this will devastate many communities that rely on our services. Home care providers desperately need a voice that will speak on our behalf and that will fight for our needs. MSHCPA is that voice.
OUR MISSION
The Mississippi Home Care Providers Association (MSHCPA) is a powerful and passionate organization that represents and promotes the values of home care.
We operate as a unified voice so that we can promote and support quality home care through leadership, education, and advocacy with community partnership. We develop relationships with elected officials to ensure that the home care providers that we represent have a voice when it comes to policy issues that affect the home care industry.

Our motto is “Together Caring” because we recognize that when home care providers work together, it strengthens us and helps us to shoulder the very important burden of caring for our neighbors that are most in need.
We know that home care is the cornerstone of every community. As residents age, their families need to know that their loved ones are receiving the best of care as they go about their daily lives.
MSHCPA encourages all home care providers and associates to join us as we seek to provide leadership, representation and education for the advancement of home care. We monitor and influence state and national legislation and regulations that affect our members, and we work to ensure just and fair monetary compensation for home care provider services. MSCPA is well on its way to becoming the largest home care provider advocacy organization in the state of Mississippi. Join us today.
